🔁 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We ensure all products are quality-checked before dispatch. Returns and refunds are accepted only under valid conditions.


RETURNS

• Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason
• Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

Used products are not eligible for return
Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable


IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• A complete unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory
• The video must clearly show:

  • Outer packaging

  • Inner packaging

  • Product condition

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The unboxing video must be shared via Email or WhatsApp

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund will be processed.


REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

• If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition (Dead On Arrival), it will be replaced with a new product
• The product must be returned with:

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories

  • Undamaged serial numbers

• Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement will be dispatched the same day


REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval
