Return & Refund Policy
We ensure that all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Returns and refunds are accepted only under valid conditions as outlined below.
Returns
- Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- Used products are not eligible for return.
- Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- A complete unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory
- The video must clearly show:
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- Product condition
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The unboxing video must be shared via Email or WhatsApp
❗ Without an unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund will be processed.
Replacements & Refunds
- If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition (Dead on Arrival), it will be replaced with a new product.
- The product must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- Undamaged serial numbers
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement will be dispatched on the same day.
Refund Process (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
