Return & Refund Policy

We ensure that all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Returns and refunds are accepted only under valid conditions as outlined below.

Returns

  • Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • The product received is damaged
    • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • Used products are not eligible for return.
  • Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Important Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • A complete unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner packaging
    • Product condition
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The unboxing video must be shared via Email or WhatsApp

❗ Without an unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund will be processed.

Replacements & Refunds

  • If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition (Dead on Arrival), it will be replaced with a new product.
  • The product must be returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • All accessories
    • Undamaged serial numbers
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement will be dispatched on the same day.

Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
